So great to see you here

I'm Evelyn...

An Irish lass currently living across the globe in sunny Australia. I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to studying, I’ve done lots of training in the field of nutrition throughout my career and it’s all led me to where I am now.

I’m a Fertility Nutritionist who helps couples on their journey to conceive by enhancing their fertility using a nutrition and lifestyle approach.

what ignited me

Why I do what I do.....

I can’t say I have first hand experience at infertility, but you know when you all get to that stage of life where it feels like everyone around you is getting pregnant? Well, several of my close friends have all experienced difficulties when trying to get pregnant and started coming to me for nutrition advice. My heart went out to them, so I delved deep into the space, finding out all the research, what the evidence was, took all the courses and learnt as much as I could about how nutrition could support their fertility and how making changes to their lifestyle meant they could conceive faster.

With so much information out there, it was really hard for them to know what to listen too, which left them feeling frustrated and a little helpless to know where to start.

This really ignited something in me. I wanted to be able to help more people, to help them conceive too. So here I am.

My approach

My approach is to not only look at Nutrition but also look at other environmental factors that may be affecting your fertility. I take a holistic approach such as your sleep, stress and other toxins that might in your home.

I have 10 years of experience working in wellbeing so I like to take a holistic approach because each of the elements of our lives don’t exist in isolation. I believe that fertility requires a team approach and it is so important to include a complete support system such as a partner, your family and health care team.

Because you don’t need to do this alone.

My Values

I am a compassionate person who is empathetic, kind, and understanding towards others, especially those who are suffering or in need. I was drawn to Fertility Nutrition to offer support and comfort to those struggling.

Integrity is a very important value to me. I believe that honesty and ethical behavior are the foundation of building trust and great relationships with my clients.

I have a strong sense of commitment and dedication to my clients and fertility nutrition education. I am steadfast in supporting my clients even in the face of challenges or adversity. I will go above and beyond to make sure you are supported to the highest level.
